摘要：

通过对盾构法施工特点和常见事故的分析，重点阐述了危险、有害因素的辩识评价和风险控制以及班组安全管理的方法和作用。

Abstract:

On basis of analysis on the features of tunnel boring construction by shield machines and the frequentoccurring accidents during tunnel construction, the author expatiates on the identification, evaluation and risk control of the dangers and hazardous factors, as well as on the methods and functions of safety control of working groups.
