摘要:

阿公店水库越域引水隧道工程为阿公店水库更新计划内之一部分,对台湾南部大高雄地区之用水需求居重要地位。因隧道需穿越南二高高架桥桥墩基础,有鉴于南二高系台湾南部重要之交通要道,细设规划施工方式是否造成桥墩沉陷存有疑虑,经研商后决议进行变更设计修改隧道线形,并进行改线隧道路线之地质调查,将所得地质参数数据利用数值仿真分析,进行桥梁结构安全影响评估,分析结果之沉陷量及角变量,皆小于容许范围,配合适当之施工方式及完备之监测系统,显示量测结果与数值仿真之值相符,显示本次施工变更设计案例,由变更设计规划至隧道施工完成,均能有效掌握隧道周围及地表之变位情形,保障南二高高架桥安全。

Abstract:

The transbasin waterway of AKungTien Reservoir is apart of the rehabilitation project of AKungTien Reservoir. It plays very important role on supplying water resource in the Kaohsiung area of south Taiwan. The national highway No.3 is an important line of the traffic in south Taiwan. Because the tunnel needs to pass through the pierfooting of the national highway No.3, it is doubt that if the original design could cause the settlement of pierfooting or not. It was resolved to change the design and revise the alignment of the tunnel after discussion, and processes the geological survey along the modified tunnel. The geological parameters will be used to estimate the safety of the structure of the bridge by numerical simulation analysis. The analysis result is that settlement and angle variable are within the permitting range. With the proper construction way and complete monitoring system, it shows that the result is in conformity with value of the numerical simulation. It also shows that the safety of the bridge of the national highway No.3 can be ensured by effectively controlling the diplacement of the surroundings of tunnel in this case.
