南水北调西线工程深埋长隧洞掘进机施工通风研究

 on the West Line of SouthtoNorth Water Diversion Project

摘要:

南水北调西线引水线路长325.6km,单洞长达73km,最大洞径12m,平均埋深500m,最大埋深1150m,工区海拔高程为3400~4700m。通过对国内外长大隧洞施工通风技术水平和发展方向的分析,结合西线工程特点和深埋长隧洞施工设计方案,对掘进机施工通风的独头通风长度、施工通风模式、系统参数、机械选型、通风布置等进行了初步研究。

Abstract:

On the west line of southtonorth water diversion project, the total length of water diversion tunnels is 325.6km; the longest tunnel is 73km; the maximum tunnel diameter is 12m; the average tunnel depth is 500 m; the maximum depth is 1150m; the elevation in construction areas is 3500 to 4500m. Based on the technologies of the ventilation in tunnel’s construction in China, in combination with the deep long tunnel’s construction and design on the west line, a preliminary study on the ventilation length, ventilation mode, ventilation parameters, equipment selection, and ventilation layout etc in the onedirection excavation tunnels bored by TBM is presented in this paper.
