地铁盾构区间联络通道施工技术

摘要:

通过对北京地铁五号线灯市口站-东四站盾构区间联络通道施工的阐述,在地下水位高、地质环境复杂的情况下,采用矿山法施作盾构联络通道的施工技术。按照“盾构区间强支撑,通道三重管超前注浆,洞口真空降水,开挖上下断面”的施工原则,着重对盾构区间强支撑,三重管超前注浆加固地层,地面及盾构区间监控量测,以及刚柔结合防水施作进行重点说明,充分体现了多工艺在浅埋暗挖工程中的应用,为今后类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The construction of connected aisle in the tunnel between Dengshikou station and Dongsi station on metro line 5 in Beijing is presented. Due to the high underground water level and complicated geological situation, the mining method was adopted to construct the aisle. The construction principle “The strong support, the triplepipe injection in advance, the vacuum dewatering, and the section excavation” has been performed. Moreover, monitoring and waterproofing in construction are discussed in this paper, which can be reference of other similar construction.
