以成都地铁1号线2标盾构施工实例为依托,研究了S-366盾构机过粉细砂层开挖面的平衡和稳定性问题。对加泥式EPB盾构通过单一地层2种平衡模式的建立进行了示例性计算,并对2种平衡模式进行了探讨。

Abstract:
Based on the practice of shield construction in Bid 2 of Chengdu Metro Line 1, a study is made on the excavation face balance and stability of fine sand layer bored by S-366 shield machine. An exemplary calculation of the establishment of two balance modes of EPB shield machine crossing through single stratum is made and a discussion is made to the 2 balance modes.
