介绍广州地铁六号线(大坦沙站—如意坊站)盾构区间隧道通过175 m左右的溶洞区段,施工中提前对溶洞进行地表注浆预处理,在盾构机掘进过程中通过优化掘进参数、控制出渣量和注浆量以及渣土改良等措施,顺利通过溶洞区的施工技术。

Abstract:
About 175m of the shield tunnel on Guangzhou Metro Line 6 (Datansha Station-Ruyifang Station) crosses through Karst cave, and there during the construction, pre-treatment of surface grouting is made to the Karst cave and such measures as boring parameters optimization, residue volume and grouting volume controlling and residue soil improvement are adopted to make sure that the shield machine successfully crosses through the Karst cave. This thesis discusses about these construction technologies.
