摘要:

长距离盾构掘进合理配置刀具、检查更换刀具是工程的重难点。结合南水北调穿黄工程对大埋深、高水压下实现常压进舱采取的地基加固、深层降水、刀盘修复、刀具改造等施工技术进行了叙述。

Abstract:

Appropriate cutters collocation and cutters inspection and replacement in long distance TBM boring is an important and difficult point of a project. With the Yellow River Crossing works of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, this thesis will discuss on the construction technology of foundation consolidation, water level dropping in deep ground, cutter head maintenance, cutter modification, etc adopted in entering earth cabin in deep ground with high water pressure.
