摘要

随着地铁防水设计技术要求、环保要求的提高以及新材料的出现，有必要选择一种性能优异、便于施工的新型材料作为柔性外包防水层。结合长沙地铁设计施工要求，比较、分析现有防水卷材的性能指标、施工工艺要求，认为HDPE自粘胶膜防水卷材的粘结力、防水性、耐久性、经济性、环保性各项技术性能能够更好地满足地铁车站结构防水的需要。应用成果如下： 1）形成了适用的HDPE防水卷材施工工艺。2）对施工过程中容易出现的问题有质量保证措施。3）能有效提高施工效率，保证施工工期和质量。

Abstract

A new type of easyconstructed soft waterproofing layer with high performance is necessary due to the high requirement of design of Metro waterproofing and environment and new material. The performance and construction technologies of existing waterproofing coiled materials are analyzed. The HEPE selfadhesive membrane waterproofing coiled material can meet the requirement of Metro waterproofing structure. The application effects are as follows: 1) A suit of construction of HDPE waterproofing coiled material is established. 2) Quality guaranteed technologies are provided. 3) The construction efficiency and quality is improved, and the construction scheme is guaranteed.
