为了解决铁路大跨软基浅埋隧道施工难度，降低施工风险，加快施工进度，本文结合石林隧道软基浅埋段施工技术，通过地貌勘察、地质钻探，确定该段施工采用盖挖法（先拱部明挖施作护拱，后洞内暗挖通过的施工方法），并在护拱施作实践中，合理运用长管棚，护拱基底加固处理（找平层、加固桩、托梁）等技术措施，保障了工程质量和施工安全，成功克服了松软浅埋地质及地下水位线以上的长大隧道安全、快速施工难题，为隧道施工安全、施工进度提供了有效的技术手段。隧道软基浅埋段盖挖法施工技术具有操作简单，缩短工期、减少投资的优点，通过该技术的成功运用，积累了丰富的施工经验，为以后同类工程施工提供借鉴。

Cutandcover method, long pipe roof and protection arch subsoil reinforcement technology are used in shallowburied section of Shilin tunnel located in soft subsoil, so as to reduce the construction difficulty and risk and to realize rapid and safe construction. The cutandcover method is simple and with less cost. The paper can provide references for similar projects in the future.
