摘要

为了在国内盾构产业不断壮大的环境下，让节能减排的理念在盾构产业中日益得到重视，节约成本、降低消耗，通过阐述盾构在制造、使用过程及报废利用各过程中节能减排的应用，将节能减排贯穿到盾构制造、使用中电力、油脂、油料、泡沫、配件、人力等方面的消耗及报废再利用的各个环节中，强调节能减排在盾构产业中的重要意义，为盾构产业中节能减排的应用提供了思路和方法。

Abstract

The application of energysaving and emission reduction in manufacturing, application and scrapping of shield machine is presented, so as to reduce the cost and material. The energysaving and emission reduction is impenetrate each process of shield machine. The importance of energysaving and emission reduction is emphasized. The paper can provide references for shield machine industry.
