摘要

节能减排是一项系统工程，要实现节能减排的任务目标，除了社会环境和企业外部不可控的因素外，作为施工企业，应形成一套相对稳定并能实现动态控制的管理体系。本文立足地铁工程项目，从节能减排与项目管理有机结合的角度，系统论述节能减排在北京地铁6号线一期工程中的有效应用，通过相关阐述以期对类似工程的节能减排工作提供一些借鉴和启发。

Abstract

The energy saving and emission reduction is a systematic project. The social and corporation environments and a suit of stable, reliable and dynamic controlling system are needed. The energy saving and emission reduction is combined with project management. The application of energy saving and emission reduction in phrase I project of Beijing Metro Line 6 is presented in detail. The paper can provide references for energy saving and emission reduction of the similar projects in the future.
