为了研究盾构管片在施工和使用过程中的受力情况以及验证管片设计是否合理，制作是否合格，对管片在地面进行1∶〖KG-*2〗1模拟拼装试验，研究了模拟拼装方案及技术要点、外部和内部支撑钢结构及管片的拼装，并对模拟拼装过程中出现的问题进行分析总结，比较真实地体现了盾构管片在洞内的拼装过程。

Fullscale segment assembly simulation is made in order to study the loading conditions of segments in the construction and service stages, and to study whether the design of the segments is rational and whether the fabrication of the segments is qualified. The program and key technical points of the segment assembly simulation, the internal and external support and the segment assembly are studied and the problems in the segment assembly simulation are analyzed. The simulation can reflect the true conditions of the segment assembly in the site.
