摘要

由于工程地质条件改变，为了更好地适应湘江隧道的施工，将一台NFM泥水盾构进行改造。本次改造增加了2台主驱动电机，对刀盘刀具的布置进行了优化设计。详细介绍盾构刀盘、主驱动控制系统等的改造。改造后泥水盾构在施工过程中使用效果良好，目前隧道已顺利贯通。通过应用效果，证明本次改造的方案是可行的。

Abstract

A largediameter slurry shield has completed its boring of Yunhe tunnel in Hangzhou. Now the slurry shield is to be used for Xiangjiang River Crossing Tunnel in Changsha. Therefore, the slurry shield needs to be refurbished so as to suit for the geological conditions of the new project. In the refurbishment of the slurry shield, 2 main drive motors are added and the arrangement of the cutterhead and cutting tools is optimized. In the paper, the refurbishment of the cutterhead and main drive control system of the slurry shield is presented. The refurbished slurry shield has achieved good results in the construction of the new tunnel, which proves that the refurbishment is feasible and rational. 
