摘要

针对东莞地铁某项目刀盘变形的问题，通过分析其刀盘变形的原因，判断由于刀盘局部受力过大的原因，引起刀盘偏载，导致刀盘变形，之后采用盾构后退、清洗裂纹、校正变形、刨坡口和焊接等方法进行刀盘变形修复，达到了刀盘修复的目的。通过对刀盘变形的原因分析以及修复技术说明，为我们面对刀盘变形处理积累了经验，为处理刀盘变形问题提供实例借鉴和参考。

Abstract

Deformation occurs to the cutter head of a shield in Dongguan. In the paper, the causes for the deformation of the cutter head are analyzed, which concludes that the eccentric loading on the cutter head causes the deformation of the cutter head. The deformed cutter head is withdrawn, the cracks on the cutter head is cleaned, the deformation of the cutter head is checked, groove is made on the cutter head and welding is made to repair the cutter head. In the end, the deformed cutter head has been repaired successfully. The paper can provide reference for the cause analysis and treatment of deformation of cutter head in the future.
