为加快石家庄地铁1号线的土建工程进度，确保洞通等里程碑工期的实现，通过合理确定里程碑工期目标及工期技术参数，高度重视前期工程工作，主动推动站点按期开工，紧抓关键线路站点管控，狠抓短板单位管理，坚持过程预警、严格节点目标、专项考核和劳动竞赛考核，按照“五保”思路全面推进主体工程建设，按照“洞通为本，三通咬合，压茬推进”的工作思路推进各项工作进展，同时通过优化技术方案、强化安全质量、深入对接设计、确保物资供应保障履约，主动替政府与业主着想，帮政府与业主想办法，形成“双铁”建设管理机制，有效保证了土建工程的施工进度。

The following measures are taken to speed up the construction progress of the civil works of Line 1 of Shijiazhuang Metro, which is constructed under BT mode: determining the appropriate target dates of the milestones of the construction and the targets of the construction progress; paying adequate attention to the execution of the preliminary works; promoting the ontime commencement of works of each site; implementing strict control of the sites on the critical path; strengthening the management of the construction companies with their construction schedule lagging behind the targets; performing early warning during the construction; implementing target date examination, special examination and incentive program; ensuring the target dates of station construction, shield boring, tunnel breakthrough, track construction and electrical power supply system installation; optimizing the technological schemes; strengthening the safety and quality control; implementing good cooperation with the designer; ensuring the intime material supply; and helping the government authorities and the Client solve their problems. In the paper, the experience in the construction progress management is presented. 
