以石家庄地铁工程为依托,研究聚合物泥浆在钻孔灌注桩施工中的应用,包括泥浆的制备、钻机成孔、吊放钢筋笼、清孔和灌注混凝土等。从钻孔质量、沉渣厚度、护壁强度及环境保护等方面与传统膨润土泥浆进行对比分析,得出采用聚合物泥浆方法护壁钻孔,可获得满意的施工质量和使用效果结论。

During the construction of Line 1 of Shijiazhuang Metro, rotary drilling bored piles are constructed with the assistance of polymer slurry. In the paper, the construction of the bored piles with the assistance of polymer slurry, including the polymer slurry preparation, borehole drilling, rebar cage hoisting, borehole clearing and concrete pouring, are presented, with the construction of the bored piles in Shijiazhuang as example. Furthermore, comparison and contrast is made between polymer slurry and bentonite slurry in terms of borehole quality, sediment thickness, borehole wall protection strength and environment protection. Conclusion is drawn that satisfactory construction quality and construction effect can be achieved when polymer slurry is used to protect the borehole wall.
