触变泥浆在顶管施工过程中起到润滑减阻、支撑地层等作用，是顶管施工中的关键之一。为解决长距离、大断面矩形顶管沉降控制困难及阻力过大的问题，通过对触变泥浆中各种原材料对其性能的影响进行类比试验，寻找各种原材料对泥浆性能的影响规律，分析每种材料对触变泥浆性能的影响，从而根据郑州市下穿中州大道隧道工程地层情况确定了适应本工程的触变泥浆配合比，顶管推进减阻30%左右，解决了大断面矩形顶管沉降控制困难和推进摩擦阻力大的问题。

The thixotropic slurry plays an important role in pipe jacking. The influence of raw materials content on performance of thixotropic slurry is studied, so as to learn the influencing rules of raw materials, control ground settlement and minimize the resistance. The mixing proportions of thixotropic slurry used in pipe jacking of shield tunnel crossing underneath Zhongzhou Road in Zhengzhou are decided. The practice shows that good effects have been achieved.
