摘要

在追溯盾构隧道接缝防水密封垫的技术发展历程的基础上，通过对防水密封垫材质选用与加工方式，弹性橡胶、遇水膨胀橡胶及复合橡胶密封垫各自的功效及其在不同隧道类别、不同使用条件下的应用，单道密封垫与双道密封垫设置的评价等反映密封垫防水技术的现状，进而提出劣质密封垫或受损密封垫取代、管片接缝密封垫的设计与应用等研究课题。

Abstract

The development of waterproofing technology for sealing gasket of shield tunnel segment joints is introduced. The selection and manufacturing method of waterproofing gasket materials, the functions of elastic rubber, water swelling rubber and composite rubber gasket and their application to tunnels under different conditions, and evaluations on single gasket and dual gaskets are presented. The developing direction of waterproofing gasket is proposed in terms of invalid gasket replacing, design and application.
