摘要

盾构负环管片拼装是盾构始发中的一个重要环节，其拼装工法将直接影响工程工期、盾构的顺利始发及后续管环的拼装质量（倾角、滚转角等）。以应用世界首台马蹄形盾构施工的蒙华铁路MHTJ-01标白城隧道为例，介绍盾构始发时负环管片的拼装步骤，研究负环管片拼装过程中管片的定位与固定方式，并针对性地设计马蹄形管片在管片推出时的支护方式与支护工装。最终形成一套科学、安全、高效并具有指导意义的异形盾构管片施工方法。

Abstract

The partial segment assembly is very important to shield launching, and the assembly method will affect the project′s schedule, shield launching and the assembling quality of the following rings （i.e. inclination and rolling angle, etc）. The assembling steps of the partial segment of Baicheng Tunnel of MHTJ01 Bid Section on Menghua Railway are presented when shield launching; the positioning and fixing method of the segments during assembling of the partial ring are studied; and the supporting mode of the horseshoeshaped segment is designed. Finally, a suit of scientific, safe, highefficient and instructive assembling method of noncircular shield segment is developed.
