为解决盾构因结构复杂、系统众多、核心零部件缺乏状态监测、当前维护保养水平低等引起的设备维护保养难题，以盾构的主轴承、主驱动减速机、液压系统等核心零部件及系统为监测对象，对油液离线、油液在线、振动、电流频谱和红外成像等状态监测技术在盾构智能维护与健康管理中的应用进行研究，开发实验室信息管理系统，通过互联网将状态监测仪器及技术、管理、维修人员等纳入统一的管理与交流平台，构建状态监测与故障诊断知识库，逐步实现盾构的智能维护，为盾构的维护保养与健康管理提供参考。

The applications of condition monitoring technologies, i.e. oil monitoring offline, oil monitoring online, vibration monitoring, current spectrum and infrared imaging, to intelligentized maintenance and health management of shield are studied by taking the main bearing, main drive gearboxes, hydraulic systems and other core components and systems of shield as monitoring objects, in response to the problems of shield, i.e. complex structure, multiple systems, lack of condition monitoring for core components and low maintenance level. Furthermore, a laboratory information management system is developed； meanwhile, a unified management and exchange platform is established for technology, management, maintenance personnel and condition monitoring equipments based on internet; and a condition monitoring and fault diagnosis knowledge database is set up to realize intelligentized maintenance and provide reference for the maintenance and health management of shield.
