为解决矿山法施工铁路隧道衬砌拱部预制拼装中拱部管片和接头处背后空洞的问题，以重庆铁路枢纽东环线胡家沟隧道为依托，详细介绍隧道拱部拼装式拱部注浆施工工艺； 同时对拱部径向注浆和纵缝注浆进行工艺试验，确定适用于隧道拱部拼装式拱部注浆工艺的注浆参数。雷达检测样本分析研究揭示： 按照注浆工艺试验确定的注浆压力、配合比以及单孔注浆量，能够将拱部和接头处的空洞充填密实，满足铁路隧道衬砌无损检测的要求。

 To solve the cavities problem behind the segments and joints of the middle arch in the prefabricated assembly of the arch of the railway tunnel constructed by the mining method, a case study is conducted on the Hujiagou tunnel on the east ring line of the Chongqing railway hub. Then, the tunnel arch grouting technology is introduced in detail. Meanwhile, the construction tests are conducted on the radial grouting of the arch and the grouting of the longitudinal joints to determine the grouting parameters suitable for the arch grouting process of the tunnel arch. The analysis and research of the samples detected by radar reveal that the grouting pressure, mix ratio, and singlehole grouting amount determined according to the grouting tests can fill the cavities at the arches and joints to meet the requirements of nondestructive testing of railway tunnel linings.
