以青海引大济湟调水工程所使用的德国WIRTH产品TB593E/TS双护盾TBM为例，通过对双护盾TBM技术特定和适用条件及工艺的介绍，针对各系统（刀盘、主机、管片安装系统后配套等）在施工过程的设计缺陷，提出双护盾TBM的设计与施工配套建议，对今后双护盾TBM的选型设计与施工配套具有较好的借鉴作用。

Taking doubleshield TBM TB593E/TS used in Diversion of Datong River to Huangshui River Project in Qinghai as an example, the author introduces the technology and application condition of doubleshield TBM in this paper. Then, the author, based on the analysis of design defects in cutterheard, host machine, segment erection system and backup system, puts forward some suggestions on design and construction of doubleshield TBM. This paper can provide reference for the design and construction of doubleshield TBM in the future.
