介绍高性能混凝土施工技术在乌鞘岭特长隧道中的具体应用情况，针对普通喷射混凝土存在的不足，提出高性能喷射混凝土应用的具体措施，介绍喷射混凝土活化剂的使用对喷射混凝土强度、坍落度损失及回弹率的改善，并阐述该项施工技术的主要特点，为项目成本管理进行有益的尝试。
