实际盾构施工中，由于地层复杂、地下水丰富、不可预见、现场施工难度大等因素造成部分隧道质量未能达到预期目标。通过对市—番项目部盾构隧道的渗漏水、错台、崩缺等质量缺陷认真分析研究，总结出提高盾构隧道质量的部分纠正、预防措施。

Due to the complex geological conditions, rich ground water, great construction difficulties in the site or some other unexpected factors, the quality of some shielddriven tunnels fails to reach the expected targets. By means of analysing the reasons for such quality defects as water seepages, segment offsets and damages of segment corners that have occurred in Shi～Pan shield driven tunnel, the article summarizes the prevention measures for the quality defects of shielddriven tunnels.
