On basis of the application of AVN2440DS slurry shield machine in Qianwan subsea tunnel in Shenzhen, the article makes a simple analysis on the management and control of minishield machines and their supporting machinery. On basis of the components of AVN2440DS slurry shield machine, the article expatiates on the daily management of the shield machine in respect of management stipulations and shield machine procurement. Furthermore, the article presents the management, repairing and maintenance of the supporting traditional machinery of the shield machine, as well as the fundamental significance of the machinery management.
