针对中天山特长隧道断面小、独头掘进距离长的特点，施工运输、施工通风、施工组织是隧道施工中的关键环节，如何快速、高标准、高起点施工，成为项目策划首要问题。通过对有轨运输系统、通风系统、施工技术及施工机械管理系统所采取的具体措施阐述，并通过对系统的总结、改进和完善，实际产生的效果进行较详细的总结，对长大单线铁路隧道采用有轨运输施工的设备选型和施工组织有一定的借鉴作用。

Due to the features of Zhongtianshan extralong tunnel, including the small crosssection and longdistance oneend driving, the transportation, ventilation and management during tunnel construction must be strengthened. How to realize rapid and high standard construction is an issue of top priority for the project management team. The details of the railbound transportation system, ventilation system, construction echnology and construction equipment management are presented in the paper, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
