根据广州市轨道交通四号线某盾构工程中所遇到的管片上浮问题，从地质、机械和水泥砂浆三个方面分析原因，介绍了相应的控制盾构隧道管片上浮的技术措施。实践证明所制定的措施是可行、有效的。

Taking the segment uplifting encountered during the construction of a shield tunnel on line 4 of Guangzhou Mass Rapid Transit systems, the author analyzes on the causes for the segment uplifting in terms of geological conditions, shield machines and cement mortars and presents the countermeasures for the segment uplifting. The construction practice demonstrates that the countermeasures taken are feasible and effective.
