剖析新奥法的实质，重申新奥法的要领，指出新奥法在现场应用中的常见问题，对隧道和地下工程界有关人员正确认识、应用新奥法，发展新奥法，进一步提高隧道施工技术水平，有重要的意义。

Abstract

The key problems of New Austria Tunneling Method (NATM) in the tunnel constructions are discussed in this paper, which is important to use NATM and improve the construction technologies in the field of tunneling and underground engineering.
