结合兴旺峁隧道改DK355+494～+517段含水砂层采用水平旋喷桩加固的成功实例，介绍水平旋喷桩加固砂层的施工工艺及方法；并对施工所需的人员、设备配制以及在施工过程中出现的“抢钻”、“断桩”与“短桩”的处理方法进行简单介绍。通过对现场施工参数的统计得出合理的水平旋喷桩加固砂层施工参数：旋喷压力33～36MPa，旋喷速度20～30m/min；水泥浆配合比W︰C=1︰1。所采用的施工方法与施工参数使旋喷桩的咬合达到了预期效果；抽取的3组孔内返出的砂与水泥浆混合物的强度远高于砂层强度，加快了施工进度，节约了资金。

The water-bearing sand strata section from DK355+494 to DK355+517 of Xingwangmao tunnel has been successfully consolidated by horizontal jet grouting piles. The construction technology and construction method of consolidating sand strata by horizontal jet grouting piles are presented in the paper. The manpower and machinery needed for the construction of horizontal jet grouting piles, as well as the prevention and treatment of drilling rod blocking, broken piles and short piles, are provided. Proper horizontal jet grouting parameters are proposed on basis of in-situ statistics. In the end, satisfactory consolidation strength, shortened construction period and saved construction cost have been achieved.
