摘要

在成都地铁一号线的砂卵石、泥岩、粉细砂地层，盾构机原装滚刀表现出了不耐磨、易偏磨等不适应性。对刀具和地层的关系进行了有效的分析后，提出了使用齿刀替代滚刀、普通滚刀刀圈加厚等措施，取得了良好的使用效果。

Abstract

The original cutters of the shield machine is easily worn and eccentrically worn when drilling through the sandy gravel, mudstone and fine sand strata layers where Chengdu Metro Line 1 is located. After a comparison of the relationship between the cutters and the strata, such measures as a replacement of disc cutter by gear cutter and thickening the cutter ring of the common disc cutters are put forward, which have gained good implementation effect.
