构机有体积大，重量大，运行动力大的特点，所以其组装和始发过程中，通常以托架为基座平台。传统的托架是仅能起到防止盾构机主体侧滚或偏移作用的基座平台,介绍一种用于翻转盾构机主体的托轮架, 通过这种托轮架能把盾构机主体底部困难的焊接作业面转动到一个较便利的位置，同时可展开多人作业，保证焊接工艺控制和工作效率，也不存在安全隐患，很好地解决了利用传统托架作业所存在的各种问题。

With characteristics of large bulk, great weight and great driving force, a rack is often used in the assembly and staring of the shield machine as a base platform. The conventional rack is such a base platform that it can only prevent the side rolling and displacement of the body of the shield machine. In this thesis, a rack will be introduced for rotary shield machine body, which can turn the difficult welding operation at the bottom of the shield machine to a favorable position and which also can make several people operate simultaneously. And by so doing, welding process control and working efficiency get ensured and no safety hazards exist, which have solved all the issued in conventional rack operations in a better way.
