根据广州市轨道交通三号线华师站-岗顶站区间隧道的建设，介绍城市地铁暗挖区间隧道处于软弱破碎地质条件下采用矿山法施工下穿繁华交通道路及建筑物桩基群的施工技术及措施，对暗挖隧道在特定条件下控制地表沉降和爆破震速进行了实践和探索。

Taking the construction of the underground running tunnel from Huashi Station～Gangding Station located in soft and fractured ground as example, the paper presents the mining construction technology for the running tunnel underneath busy roads and pile foundations of buildings and probes into the control of the ground surface settlement and blasting vibration velocity for underground running tunnels under special conditions.
