摘要：

通过对武汉部分地铁工程实例进行相应的论述，着重阐述不同线、站位条件，不同既有边界条件及规划环境的情况下，通过分析论证，采用的不同的“地铁+物业”结合形式的应用，并提出地铁与物业结合时应高度重视的与规划条件的匹配、消防问题的处理及地铁与物业之间的衔接等重要问题，以期达到为地铁设计及管理者对不同情况采取不同模式进行合理分析，从而推动“地铁+物业”模式的可持续性发展。

Abstract:

The combination of Metro works and property under different alignments, different stations, different surrounding environments and different boundary conditions are discussed. Points to which attention should be paid in the combination of Metro works and property are proposed. The paper can provide reference for the designer and manager of Metro works in adopting rational combination modes for Metro works and property and is helpful for the sustainable development of the combination of Metro works and property. 
