杭州铁路东站西广场大基坑开挖对其下地铁盾构隧道的影响与控制

Analysis on Behavior of Shieldbored Metro Tunnel Caused by Construction of Largescale Foundation Pit Located Above: Case Study on Foundation Pit of West Square Hangzhou East Railway Station

摘要:

杭州铁路东站西广场地下室为2层的超大开发空间,位于已竣工的地铁区间盾构隧道的上方,影响范围约358 m,二者之间的垂直净距约6.73 m。为评价西广场地下空间约10 m深的基坑开挖施工工艺对地铁盾构隧道的影响,从而选择合理的基坑开挖方式,通过采用FLAC 3D大型岩土分析软件,模拟西广场基坑开挖分层分块施工工艺对地铁隧道的变形及受力性能的影响,得出分层分块开挖对下方盾构隧道不会造成破坏的结论,并提出地铁隧道的监控要求,监测结果表明分层分块基坑开挖工艺满足地铁隧道安全运营要求。

Abstract:

West Square of Hangzhou East Railway Station is a twostory largescale underground space developing project. With 10 m depth, the foundation pit is located above the running tunnel of Line 1 of Hangzhou Metro, with 673 m vertical clearance and 358 m influence length. In order to guarantee the safety of the operating Metro tunnel, layerbylayer and sectionbysection cutting of the foundation pit is simulated by FLAC 3D to evaluate the deformation and stress conditions of the Metro tunnel during foundation pit construction. It is concluded that layerbylayer and sectionbysection cutting of the foundation pit will not cause damage to the Metro tunnel. Furthermore, requirements for the monitoring of the Metro tunnel is proposed. The monitoring results show that layerbylayer and sectionbysection cutting of the foundation pit can guarantee the safe operation of the Metro tunnel. 
