海上导航系统在管节浮运、沉放、对接中的应用

Application of Maritime Navigation System in Floating, Sinking and Jointing of Pipe Joint

摘要:

为解决内河沉管隧道水下施工时浮运、沉放、对接等的精确控制问题,引进海上导航系统并将其成功应用于红谷隧道工程中的沉管施工阶段。通过剖析海上导航系统的工作原理和测量方法,得出该系统能够在测量定位精度上满足本工程管节浮运、沉放、对接施工的要求,并结合实时监控系统,形成对内河沉管隧道浮运、沉放、对接工序的精确控制体系。通过工程实例展示该系统的控制作业流程,可为同类沉管隧道工程等提供宝贵经验和实施手段。

Abstract:

In order to precisely control the operations such as floating transportation,sinking, docking and buttjointing in the underwater construction of inland river immersed tunnel,the marine navigation system is introduced and successfully applied to the immersed pipe construction of Honggu Tunnel. Through analyzing the working principle and measuring method of the system, it is concluded that the system can meet the construction requirements of floating, sinkingand jointing of pipe joints in this project in terms of measuring and positioning accuracy.Combined with the realtime monitoring system, a precise control system for the above processesis formed.The controlled operation flow of the system is demonstrated through engineering example, which can provide valuable experience and implementation method for similar immersed tunnel projects.
