拱北隧道曲线管幕顶管顶力参数取值研究

Investigation on Jacking Force Parameters of Curved Piperoofing Construction in Gongbei Tunnel

摘要:

港珠澳大桥拱北隧道采用36根直径1.62 m、长255 m的曲线管幕作为超前支护穿越拱北口岸。为解决顶管顶力计算值与实测值之间的巨大差距,依托港珠澳大桥拱北隧道管幕工程,采用《规范》、Shimada、JMTA 3种公式对顶管顶力进行理论计算,同时对公式计算参数按来源分为管节参数、土层参数及经验参数3类。以《规范》公式为例,从经验参数选取是否合理的角度对顶力的计算进行了研究,并通过经验参数调整前后顶力计算值与实测值的对比,认为经验参数的调整是可行的,提出了经验参数取值优化的建议。

Abstract:

36 curved curtain pipes with a diameter of 1.62 m and a length of 255 m are used as the advanced support for Gongbei Tunnel of Hong KongZhuhaiMacao Bridge to cross Gongbei Port. In order to solve the huge gap between the calculated value of pipe jacking force and the measured value, relying on the piperoofing project of Gongbei tunnel, three formulas, i.e. Standard, Shimada and JMTA are used to calculate the theoretical pipe jacking force. At the same time, the formula calculation parameters are divided into pipe parameters, soil parameters and empirical parameters according to the source. Taking the Standard formula as an example, the calculation of the jacking force is studied from the perspective of whether the empirical parameters are reasonable. Through the comparison of empirical parameters and the calculated values of the jacking force before and after the adjustment with empirical parameters, it is considered that the adjustment of empirical parameters is feasible, and the suggestions for the optimization of empirical parameters are given.
