Design and Realization of Health Monitoring System for Operation Metro Structure Based on BIM based Internet of Things

摘要: 为对运营隧道的健康状态进行实时监测,提高监测的准确性,以武汉地铁3号线王宗区间监测项目为背景,研究基于BIM技术的物联网运营地铁结构健康系统架构。针对监测指标的具体特征(例如沉降、倾角、加速度),阐述传感器网络的布设与监测数据的传输方案,进行预警分析和评估结果系统界面演示。通过BIM核心数据库的内容构建,基于DYNAMO参数化提出运营隧道三维建模方案,实现三维模型与多级预警制度的集成,实现监测预警的可视化,为运营隧道结构健康监测系统设计、传输方案选取、监测量预警分析与预警可视化方向提供思路。

Abstract: In order to monitor the health status of the operation tunnel in real time and improve the monitoring accuracy, the health system structure of operation metro structure based on BIMbased internet of things is studied by taking the monitoring project of Wangzong Section of Wuhan Metro Line No. 3 for example. According to the characteristics of monitoring indicators, such as settlement, inclination angle and acceleration, the layout of sensor network and the transmission scheme of monitoring date are described, and early warning analysis and evaluation result system interface demonstration are conducted. Based on the content construction of BIM core database and DYNAMO parameterization, a 3D modeling scheme for operation tunnel is proposed. The integration of the 3D model and multigrade warning system are realized. The visualization of monitoring and early warning is realized. The results can provide ideas for design, transmission scheme selection, monitoring early warning analysis and visualization of health monitoring system for operation metro structure.
