Calculation and Analysis Method of Overall Action Effect of OpenCut Prefabricated Tunnel Structures

摘要: 明挖装配式隧道结构力学行为复杂、影响因素多、施工过程内力转换频繁,且尚无成熟的结构整体作用效应分析方法可借鉴。从影响结构体系受力、变形和稳定性的因素入手,提出主要分析思路、荷载作用和关键分析工况; 针对接头刚度、地层约束、基坑支护体系、基坑肥槽回填、拼装误差等主要影响因素,论述计算模型的确定方法和计算分析要点,并强调从施工到使用期间各阶段的实际工作状况逐一展开作用效应分析,是获取结构趋于实际受力特征的必要过程; 实际工程设计中,应采取合理的手段和方法计入各要素和施工过程的影响。提出的多次迭代分析方法用于变刚度接头的装配式隧道结构的整体作用分析准确、快速。

Abstract: The mechanical behavior of opencut prefabricated tunnel structures is complex, the internal force conversion is frequent in the construction process, and there are multiple influencing factors and no mature analytical methods for a better understanding of the structure for future reference. Accordingly, key analytical ideas and conditions and load action are put forward in terms of the factors affecting the force, deformation, and stability of the structural system. As for the main influencing factors, such as joint stiffness, stratum constraint, foundation pit supporting system, foundation pit manure groove backfilling, and assembly error, the determination method and key points of calculation and analysis of the model are discussed. It is emphasized that it is necessary to analyze the effect of the actual work from construction to use, and reasonable means and methods should be considered regarding the influence of various elements and construction processes in the actual engineering design. The proposed multiple iteration analysis method is accurate and quick in analyzing the overall action of the prefabricated tunnel structure with a variable stiffness joint.
