管道更新非开挖装备技术综述

Review on Trenchless Equipment Technology for Pipeline Renewal

摘要: 通过研究目前国内外管道更新非开挖装备技术现状,阐述3种管道更新非开挖常用装备技术: 破管外挤法装备技术、破管顶进法装备技术和吃管法装备技术。介绍3种技术的工作原理及适用性,并分析各技术的特点与优势,同时列举各装备技术在实际工程中的应用。研究结果表明: 顶管法和吃管法非开挖装备技术集成了刀盘破切开挖装置、压力平衡系统、保通系统等关键技术,保证新旧管道更新转换施工不断流的同时,对地表扰动较小、扩容管径适应范围较大,更能够适应未来繁华城区对管道更新的实际需求,代表了未来管道更新装备技术的发展方向。

Abstract:

The current situation of global trenchless equipment technologies for pipeline renewal are investigated, and three trenchless equipment technologies for pipeline renewal, i.e., pipe breaking and squeezing method, pipe breaking and jacking method, and hollowcutterhead method, are introduced. Then the working principle and applicability of the technologies are presented, the characteristics and advantages of the technologies are analyzed, and the applications of the equipment technologies in practical engineering are listed. The results reveal that the trenchless equipment technology of pipe jacking method and the hollowcutterhead method integrate cutterhead cutting and excavation device, pressure balance system, and protection system, which can guarantee the smooth pipeline renewal without obvious disturbance to the ground and has a larger adaptation range of the expanded pipe diameter, meeting the actual demand of the prosperous urban areas in the future, and representing the development direction of pipeline renewal equipment technology in the future.
