管道更新掘进机刀盘切削技术研究

Cutterhead Cutting Technology for Pipeline Renewal Boring Machines

摘要: 为解决非开挖管道更新的难题,探索掘进机刀盘切削钢筋混凝土管节的可行性,构建钢筋混凝土管节切削模型并研究切削机制。依托管道切削试验台及地下试验段开展切削试验,分析不同的刀盘刀具配置对切削效果的影响规律。主要结论如下: 1)与球齿滚刀相比,条齿滚刀更易切断钢筋,且切削过程更平稳; 2)二次剪切破碎装置能较好地实现混凝土渣及钢筋的二次剪切破碎,且破切钢筋较易排出; 3)刀盘破切钢筋混凝土管节时主要承受切削转矩,摩擦转矩及二次剪切转矩对刀盘切削转矩影响不大。试验表明管道更新掘进机实现钢筋混凝土管节切削是可行的。

Abstract: In this study, the feasibility of a cutterhead used for cutting reinforced concrete pipes is explored to realize urban pipeline renewal by a trenchless method. In addition, a cutting model is constructed and the cutting mechanism is investigated. Furthermore, a cutting test is conducted using a pipeline cutting test bench and underground test section, and the effect of various cutterhead tool configurations on the cutting effect is analyzed. The following results are obtained: (1) The strip disc cutter cuts reinforced bars more easily and stably than the spherical disc cutter. (2) The secondary shear crushing device effectively realizes the crushing of rock slag and the reinforced bars, and the broken reinforced bar can be easily discharged. (3)  While cutting reinforced concrete elements, the cutterhead mainly bears the cutting torque, and the friction and secondary shear torques slightly affect the cutting torque. To summarize, the test results reveal the feasibility of pipeline renewal boring machines in cutting reinforced concrete elements.
