复合地层矩形顶管机关键技术及应用——结合重庆天宫殿下穿快速路项目

Key Technologies of Rectangular Pipe Jacking Machine in Composite Strata and Its Application in Tiangong Palace Underpass ExpressLine Project in Chongqing, China

摘要: 为解决复合地层矩形顶管机施工难题,探讨矩形顶管机在不同复合地层中的技术方案,以重庆天宫殿下穿快速路隧道项目为依托,对用于软土与岩层复合地层的矩形顶管机开挖、出渣等关键系统设计及应用进行研究。首次提出复合地层分层开挖方式,开发出盲区开挖装置(破岩滚筒),并基于有限元及工业试验分析,验证复合多刀盘+滚筒分层开挖方式的可行性,实现盲区位置30 MPa岩层的高效切削,解决了矩形断面软土与岩层复合地层全断面开挖难题;同时,针对复合地层土舱下部搅拌与出渣难题,采用了复合地层滚筒与螺旋输送机联合出渣技术,并基于计算流体力学(CFD)对滚筒进行排渣特性分析,结果表明当采用双螺旋排渣结构,且螺距在900 mm左右时,排渣效率最高,能够实现复合地层矩形断面土舱高效排渣;最后,通过工业性试验,验证复合地层分层开挖及联合出渣技术的可行性,为复合地层矩形顶管机应用提出了新的解决方案。

Abstract: In this study, the technical schemes of rectangular pipe jacking machine in different composite strata are discussed. Based on the underpass expressline tunnel project at Tiangong Palace in Chongqing, China, the design and application of key systems such as excavation and mucking of rectangular pipe jacking machines in soft soil and rock composite strata are introduced. A layered excavation method for composite strata is proposed for the first time, and a blind area excavation device (rockbreaking roller) is developed. Based on finite element and industrial test analysis, the feasibility of the layered excavation method of composite multicutterhead + roller is verified, realizing the highefficiency cutting of 30MPa rock strata in the blind area and successfully implementing rectangular pipe jacking in fullface composite strata of soft soil and rock. Meanwhile, the combined mucking technology of the roller and the screw conveyor is developed for mixing and mucking in the lower part of the excavation chamber in composite formation. The mucking characteristics of the roller are analyzed based on computational fluid dynamics. The results show that the maximum mucking efficiency is achieved when the twinscrew JP2mucking structure is adopted with a distance of ~900 mmJP between the two screws. Finally, the feasibility of layered excavation and combined mucking technology in composite formation is validated through an industrial test, presenting a new solution for the application of rectangular pipe jacking machines in composite formation.
