隧道斜井隔板式通风中应用射流风机的问题研究

Issues Related to Application of Jet Fans in Partitioned Ventilation of Tunnel Inclined Shafts

摘要: 为解决隧道斜井隔板式通风系统中是否应该安装射流风机的问题,采用建模分析计算的方法,并结合实例进行了研究。通过分析射流风机与轴流风机风量、作业面风量、风机输出功率、射流增压占比、单位风量能耗等的关系,得出以下结论: 1)随着隔板风道内射流风机数量的增加,轴流风机风量和作业面风量会同步增加,但增幅很小,与之相比,风机总输出功率却增幅巨大; 2)通过在隔板风道中安装射流风机的方法来降低风道内的负压,以解决隔板(彩钢板)承压能力不足的问题,既不经济,也很难实现; 3)隔板风道中安装的射流风机数量越多,作业面单位风量的能耗越大。最后,建议在隧道斜井隔板式通风的隔板风道内不要安装射流风机,以避免不必要的能耗浪费和成本增加,同时建议尝试主扇隔板式通风,降低风道百米漏风率,以提高通风效率,降低通风成本。

Abstract: A case study is conducted using modeling analysis calculation method to decide whether jet fans should be installed in the tunnel inclined shaft partitioned ventilation system. Then the relationship between jet fan and axial fan air volume, working surface air volume, fan output power, the proportion of jet boost, unit air volume energy consumption, etc. is analyzed. Following conclusions are drawn: (1) With the increasing jet fans in the partitioned air duct, the air volume of the axial flow fan and the working face increases synchronously with a small amplification, and the total output power of the fan will increase sharply. (2) Installing jet fans in the partitioned air duct to reduce the negative pressure inside the duct and further to solve the problem of insufficient pressure resistance of the partition board (color steel plate) is uneconomical and unpractical. (3) The more jet fans installed in the partitioned air duct, the higher is the energy consumption per unit air volume of the working face. Hence, it is recommended not to install jet fans in the partitioned air duct of the ventilation system for tunnel inclined shafts in order to avoid unnecessary energy consumption and cost increase. Instead, it is suggested to try the main fan partitioned ventilation and reduce the leakage rate per hundred meters of the air duct in order to improve ventilation efficiency and reduce ventilation costs.
