基于移动激光扫描的盾构隧道参数化建模

Parametric Modeling of Shield Tunnel Based on Mobile Laser Scanning

摘要: 地铁线路数字化运维转型期间,部分老旧线路缺少数字三维模型、病害档案及设施设备台账等基础资料。针对以上现状与地铁隧道数字化智能运维管理需求,提出一种基于移动激光扫描数据的隧道参数化建模方法。1)基于隧道移动激光扫描数据识别并分割各类设施设备,提取建模所需构件参数; 2)基于Revit APIDynamo插件,编写一套隧道批量建模程序,实现参数自动对接、模型创建、属性添加与材质赋予等功能; 3)建立隧道OBJ模型实现模型贴图,利用Enscape软件加载Revit模型制作漫游视频。该方法经佛山市地铁2号线竣工验收试用验证,可高效精准地实现盾构隧道模型创建。

Abstract: During the digital transformation of metro lines in operation and maintenance, some old lines lack basic data such as digital 3D tunnel models, disease files, facility and equipment accounts. Aiming at this situation and the demand for digital intelligent operation and maintenance management of subway tunnels, a method of tunnel parametric modeling is proposed based on mobile laser scanning data. (1) Various facilities and equipment are identified and segmented based on tunnel mobile laser scanning data, and the component parameters needed for modeling are extracted; (2) based on Revit API and Dynamo plugin, a set of programs for tunnel modeling in bulk is written to realize the functions of parameter import automatically, model creation, attribute addition, and material assignment; (3) the tunnel OBJ model is established to realize the model mapping, and the Revit model is loaded with the Enscape to create roaming videos. This method has been verified by the trial of the completion acceptance of Foshan metro line 2, which can realize the creation of shield tunnel model efficiently and accuratly.
