摘要:

预应力混凝土结构中的孔道压浆效果,直接关系到预应力筋的防腐问题。真空辅助压浆工艺可以使孔道中的浆液填充密实,较好地解决应力筋的防腐问题。结合长珲工程实践,对真空辅助压浆工艺的压实原理工艺过程及质量控制做了详细的阐述。

Abstract:

The effect of grouting of the ducts in the prestressed concrete structures is directly related to the corrosion of the prestressed reinforcement bars. By means of vacuumassisted grouting, the ducts can be tightly filled with grout, thereby the problem of corrosion of the reinforcement bars can be well resolved. In the article, taking the grouting practice in ChangchunHuichun Highway Project as example, the author makes an elaboration on the principle, technical process and quality control of vacuumassisted grouting.
