Abstract:

Taking Dahuofang irrigation project in Liaoling province as example, this paper analyzes on some issues related to the contract management of irrigation works. The paper presents that a contract cannot be successfully implemented unless it is a relatively fair and reasonable one and that establishing a favorable relationship among all parties that take part in the project will ensure a good performance of the contract.
