Abstract:

 Under the environment of the present construction marketing competitions, a construction enterprise must concentrate its resources to undertake key, difficult and challenging works as well as any works that are in favor of market enlargement, and take the path of general contracting. Meanwhile, a construction enterprise shall utilize social resources as a supplement to the enterprise's resources, i.e. subcontracting a project into several special work items or employing local labors. However, the work's subcontracting may produce some risks including contract dissension. If an enterprise can not elude the risk or minimize the risk to an acceptable extent, the development of the enterprise will be surely hindered. Aiming at the dissension risks that may occur in the subcontracting of the engineering projects, the paper tries to discuss on the elusion and countermeasures of the risks.
