Abstract:

The article analyzes the problems in the making of the enterprise's stipulations and rules, suggesting that attentions should be paid to the following three major items: firstly, attentions should be paid to the effectiveness, applicability, force and detail of the stipulations and rules so as to minimize the legal risks; secondly, attentions should be paid to the names, structures and making procedures so as to improve the standardization of the regulations and rules, and attentions should be paid to ensure that the executor's advises should be fully followed before the regulations and rules come into force so as to improve the applicability of the regulations and rules; thirdly, attentions should be paid to ensure that the regulations and rules should be consistent and should be timely updated so as to avoid conflicting clauses. In the end, the article makes discussions on the assessment of the enterprise's regulations and rules.
