Abstract:

 At present and in the near future, the competition in China's civil construction market is growing more and more intense. The article suggests that project cost assessments and internal economic reviewing should be promoted. The article presents the prevailing measures for the project cost control, i.e., guaranteeing the quality of the construction materials and strictly control the quantity of the material consumption, strengthening the allocation and operation of the machinery and equipment and making careful economic comparisons and reviewing management.
