摘要:

在过江隧道的盾构法施工中,盾构机在头顶悬河的施工状态下掘进,使得设备风险尤为突出。同时因为岩层裂隙水在与江水连通的情况下,增加了掘进的困难,成为工程成败的关键。必须有足够的措施保证在过江施工过程中不发生洞顶贯穿或设备瘫痪。对盾构过江施工中的设备保障问题进行了探讨,可为类似工程中盾构机安全、顺利地在江底通过提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Where rivercrossing tunnels are built by means of shield machines, the shield machines will conduct boring works underneath the river, which results in great risks for the tunnelling equipment. Furthermore, where the fissure water in the ground is connected with the river water, the difficulty for the boring of the shield machines will be increased, which has fundamental impact on the success/failure of the works. Therefore, adequate measures must be taken to ensure that there will be neither breakthroughs between the tunnel and the river nor breakdown of the equipment. This article makes some comments on the equipment preparations for the boring construction of shield machines crossing underneath rivers, which can provide reference for the sucessful boring construction of shield machines in similar works.
