摘要:

通过对某软土深基坑邻近建筑物变形监测资料分析,介绍了基坑施工过程中引起邻近建筑物沉降变形的影响因素,阐述了地基加固对房屋沉降的影响规律,确定基坑施工中的关键控制环节。

Abstract:

 On basis of analysis on the monitoring data of the deformation of buildings adjacent to a deep foundation pit in soft ground, the paper presents the factors that cause the settlement and deformation of the adjacent buildings during the construction of the foundation pit, expatiates on the pattern of the effects of ground consolidations on the settlement of the buildings and determines the critical controling steps of the construction of the foundation pit.
